PeraPlus provides AI-based market insights, trading signals, and optional automated trade execution through broker integration. The Service is for informational and analytical use only.

• PeraPlus does not hold or manage your funds; all capital stays with your brokerage or exchange.
• Our platform connects to your broker using API keys with read-only and order execution privileges only. These keys cannot withdraw funds.
• Historical performance or signals do not assure future results.
• Trading involves risks, including the potential loss of your investment.

4. No Financial Advice Provided

No content on the platform PeraPlus constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. AI signals are for information only. Consult a qualified advisor before investing. PeraPlus is not a licensed financial advisor or broker-dealer.

5. Fees and Payments

Certain features require paid subscriptions. Fees are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Prices exclude taxes payable by you. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance. Refunds within 14 days are discretionary for new customers.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service illegally or against regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile platform software.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service.
• Resell or exploit the Service commercially without permission.
• Disrupt or damage the platform’s operations or integrity.
• Engage in market manipulation or unlawful trading practices.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, content, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets are exclusively owned by PeraPlus or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated. You may not use our trademarks without consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PeraPlus WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, NOR THAT IT WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, PeraPlus WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO FEES PAID TO PeraPlus IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless PeraPlus and its agents from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Account Closure

You may close your account at any time via settings or by contacting We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if these Terms are breached. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service cease, and we may remove your data per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by New York State law, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in PH under American Arbitration Association rules. EU or UK users may also pursue claims in their local courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email or platform notice. Continued use indicates acceptance.
